What bank is providing the advance and what do I need to qualify?

Advances are being offered by Santa Barbara bank. They use a series of factors to determine approvals/denials which is not disclosed to you or my firm. CEU is not responsible for approval/denial results.

Can I file with my last paystub?

No, you cannot. Other firms may allow it, but the IRS has made it strictly clear that is NOT ALLOWED. So, we will follow any instructions given out by the IRS to remain compliant.
